A: Each show charges fees for the privilege of being a vendor to sell goods and services or to raise awareness to attendees that the show has marketed to. This includes nonprofit organizations who have paid to exhibit. It would not be fair for us to allow you to do it for free. Contact the show promoter to find out how to sign up to be an official exhibitor or display at their show.

A: Yes, we have an 4 ATM's located within the Convention Center. Two are located in the North Hall across from the concession stand. There is an additional ATM in the lobby of the DoubleTree hotel.

A: Yes, for most shows we operate a full-service concession stand with light foods, snacks and often adult beverages. For these shows, we typically accept cash and credit cards as payment. A select number of events offer limited concessions on a cash basis, or on occasion no concessions. When in doubt, call ahead to 412-516-9222 and ask.

A: Unfortunately our kitchen space is quite compact, and every inch of storage, preparation, and cleanup space is allotted to the needs of the culinary team. For certain shows, we may make exceptions to this rule. Please contact the Sales Office at 412-516-9222 to inquire about kitchen rental for your specific food and catering needs.
